A few common questions.
Maple Ridge is a registered Vermont residential contractor and carries general liability insurance. Ask Michael for registration and insurance details for your project.
No. The site visit and the written estimate are free. If a project needs measured drawings or engineering before we can price it accurately, we will tell you what that costs before anyone commits.
Send over your repair list, even if the jobs are small. We can discuss combining several tasks into one visit and confirm the scope and pricing before scheduling.
Availability depends on the project and current schedule. Include your preferred timing in your request, and Michael will discuss what is possible.
Permit needs depend on the work and the town. We discuss those requirements and any specialist trades as part of planning your project.
A deposit to hold the schedule and cover materials, progress payments at agreed milestones on larger projects, and the balance after the final walkthrough. Everything is spelled out in the estimate you sign.
